Acceptance of these terms

By creating a Loopkeep account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The service

Loopkeep is a shared household maintenance tracker: it lets you and the other members of your household log maintenance items, service history, and reminders.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on where you downloaded the app, and are subject to those stores' own payment terms and auto-renewal policies. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Play Store account settings.

Your content

You own the household, item, and service-log data (including photos) you enter into Loopkeep. We only use it to operate the app for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use Loopkeep to store or share content that's illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or attempts to disrupt or abuse the service.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the app's Settings screen. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer

Loopkeep is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep the app reliable, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
